LazzoLead™ ("we," "us," or "our") is a software-as-a-service application operated at lazzolead.com. We provide AI-powered business card scanning and lead management tools for professionals at tradeshows and events.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you use our service:

• Account information: Your email address, used to create and manage your account.
• Business card images: Photos you capture using the app, processed to extract contact information.
• Lead data: Contact information extracted from scanned business cards and manually entered leads. Your leads are stored securely in your account on our servers so they are accessible across all your devices.
• Payment information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• Usage data: Basic app usage information to maintain and improve the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and improve the LazzoLead™ service:

• To process and store your scanned lead data securely
• To authenticate your account and manage your subscription
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, subscription receipts)
• To improve the accuracy of our AI scanning features
• To respond to support requests

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. AI Processing & Business Card Images

Business card images you capture are sent to Anthropic's Claude Vision API for text extraction. Images are processed in real-time and are not stored by Anthropic beyond the duration of the API request. Extracted lead data is stored securely in your account and is only accessible by you.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your lead data is stored securely in your private account on our servers (Netlify infrastructure). This enables automatic sync across your iPhone and desktop — leads you capture on your phone are immediately accessible on your desktop dashboard, and vice versa. Only you can access your leads; we never share or sell your data.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access to your data is protected by your account credentials.

We retain your lead data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.

We use the following trusted third-party services to operate LazzoLead™:

• Anthropic Claude API — AI-powered business card scanning (anthropic.com/privacy)
• Netlify — Hosting and data storage (netlify.com/privacy)

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your lead data at any time from within the app

9. Children's Privacy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice within the app. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
