These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LazzoLead™ ("Service"), operated by LazzoLead™ ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
LazzoLead™ is a business tool for capturing, organizing, and exporting professional contact information ("leads") at tradeshows, conferences, and business events. You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at matt@lazzolead.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis at $49/month. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact matt@lazzolead.com within 7 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.
Your use of contact data you collect via the Service is your responsibility. You represent that you have the right to collect, store, and process any personal information you input into the Service, and that doing so complies with applicable laws.
Your lead data is stored securely in your private account on our servers, enabling automatic sync across your devices. We do not sell, share, or use your lead data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
Our collection and use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by LazzoLead™ and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You retain ownership of all contact data you upload or capture using the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LazzoLead™ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days before it is deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
