Getting Started

Everything you need to get up and running with LazzoLead.

LazzoLead accounts are created through the iOS app β€” there's no web signup. Download the app from the App Store, tap Get started, and choose your sign-in method: Apple, Google, or email. After completing checkout, you're in immediately and a welcome email will arrive from hello@lazzolead.com.
The iOS app supports three sign-in methods: Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, and email + password. The web dashboard at app.lazzolead.com supports Google and email sign-in. If you signed up with Apple on iOS, go to Account β†’ Access your web dashboard in the app to set a dashboard email and password.
Leads you capture on your iPhone automatically sync to your web dashboard at app.lazzolead.com β€” usually within seconds. Both devices need an internet connection. Changes made on the dashboard (edits, pipeline moves, notes) sync back to the app. No manual export or import needed.
Search for LazzoLead in the App Store on your iPhone. After installing, open the app and sign in with Apple, Google, or email. Your account and all leads are tied to your sign-in β€” not your device.
Go to app.lazzolead.com in any browser (Chrome recommended, Safari works too). Sign in with Google or email. If you used Apple Sign In on iOS, first set up a dashboard login in the app under Account β†’ Access your web dashboard.
Go to the Account tab and fill in your name, title, company, and photo. This is what appears on every lead you capture β€” it's how your contacts recognize you when they receive a follow-up email. It only takes 30 seconds and makes a big difference.
Check your spam or Promotions folder for an email from hello@lazzolead.com. The subject line is "You're in β€” here's how to start closing leads 🀠". If it's not there after a few minutes, email help@lazzolead.com and we'll sort it out.

Capture

Scanning business cards, badges, and adding leads manually.

On the Capture tab, tap Scan Card. Hold your camera steady over the business card β€” the AI will automatically capture it when it detects a stable frame. Review the extracted info, make any edits, and tap Save Lead.
Try these steps:
  1. Make sure the entire card is visible in the frame with good lighting.
  2. Hold the phone steady β€” let it auto-capture rather than tapping.
  3. Check that camera permission is enabled: iPhone Settings β†’ LazzoLead β†’ Camera β†’ On.
  4. If a field is wrong, you can always edit it on the review screen before saving.
Tap Scan Badge on the Capture tab. Point your camera at the QR code or barcode on the badge. LazzoLead supports QR codes, standard barcodes, and vCard formats. If automatic detection doesn't work after a few seconds, the AI will use the camera image as a fallback.
iOS: On the Capture tab, tap Add Manually. Fill in the lead's details and tap Save Lead.

Desktop: On the My Leads page, click + Add Lead in the top right corner.
On the Capture tab, tap the event badge at the top (it shows your current event name, or "No Event Set"). Type in the event name β€” for example "AMPP 2026" β€” and tap Save. All leads captured going forward will be tagged with that event.
Go to the Account tab and tap My Profile. Enter your first and last name, then tap Save Profile. Your name will appear on all leads you capture as the "Captured By" field.

Leads

Viewing, filtering, editing, and emailing your leads.

iOS: Pull down on the Leads tab to refresh. Check that you have internet access.

Desktop: Hard refresh the page with Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows). Make sure you're logged into the same account as your phone. If leads still don't appear, sign out and sign back in.
On the Leads tab, tap the filter icon (top right). You can filter by Temperature (Hot/Warm/Cold), Event, Sort order, Location, and Job Title. Tap Apply after setting your filters. To clear filters, tap Reset.
Tap any lead to open it. On iOS, tap the temperature selector at the top (πŸ”₯ Hot / β˜€οΈ Warm / ❄️ Cold). On the dashboard, open the lead detail panel and tap the temperature buttons. Hot leads appear at the top of your list and get priority treatment in follow-up suggestions.
After scanning a card or saving a lead, tap the microphone button. Speak naturally β€” describe the conversation, the opportunity, what they care about, next steps. LazzoLead transcribes it and attaches it to the lead. Voice notes sync to your dashboard and appear on the lead detail panel. They're also used by AI to personalize your follow-up emails.
Every lead moves through stages: New β†’ Contacted β†’ Responded β†’ Meeting β†’ Closed. You advance stages manually by tapping the stage on a lead. On the dashboard, the Pipeline screen shows all your leads grouped by stage. When a lead replies to your follow-up email, LazzoLead's AI reads the reply and suggests the right stage to move them to β€” you just confirm with one tap.
Tap any lead, then tap Send email. You can write it yourself or tap Write with AI β€” the AI drafts a personalized follow-up using the lead's name, company, title, and any voice note you recorded. Review it, edit if needed, and send. The email goes through LazzoLead so replies are tracked automatically.
When you send an email through LazzoLead, replies come back to a dedicated tracking address and are routed to your Inbox tab. You'll see the full reply thread on each lead. LazzoLead's AI classifies the reply (interested, meeting request, not interested) and suggests the right pipeline stage β€” saving you from manually updating every lead after a reply comes in.
Tap any lead, then tap Send email and choose Write with AI for a personalized follow-up. You can also use the end-of-day email feature β€” when enabled, LazzoLead reminds you to follow up with today's leads each evening.
On the dashboard, go to Leads β†’ Add Lead β†’ CSV / Excel. Drop your file in the upload zone. LazzoLead automatically detects the column headers and maps them to the right fields. For large lists (over 100 contacts), a filter step appears so you can narrow by country, state, seniority, or role keyword before importing β€” so only the right people land in your pipeline.
Go to the Integrations tab on the dashboard. Choose your CRM export format: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Universal CSV. You can filter by event or hot/warm leads before exporting. The downloaded file maps directly to that CRM's import format β€” no reformatting needed.

CRM & Integrations

Exporting leads to your CRM and connecting other tools.

Go to Integrations on the dashboard and click the HubSpot CSV export card. This downloads a file formatted exactly for HubSpot's contact import β€” fields like Lifecycle Stage and Lead Source are pre-mapped. In HubSpot, go to Contacts β†’ Import β†’ File and upload it. Native one-click sync is on the roadmap.
Go to Integrations and click the Salesforce CSV export card. The file maps to Salesforce's standard Lead object fields including Lead Status and Rating. Import it in Salesforce via Data Import Wizard. Native sync is planned for a future release.
Go to Integrations and click Pipedrive CSV. The export maps pipeline stages, temperature labels, and lead sources to Pipedrive's format. Import via Pipedrive's import tool under Tools & Apps β†’ Import data.
The Universal CSV includes every field LazzoLead stores β€” name, company, title, email, phone, LinkedIn, address, temperature, pipeline stage, opportunity score, voice note, event name, and capture date. Use it for any CRM or tool not listed, or to open in Excel or Google Sheets for your own analysis.
Not yet β€” Zapier and webhook support are on the roadmap and coming in a future update. In the meantime, use the CSV export to move leads into any tool. If you have a specific integration you need urgently, email help@lazzolead.com β€” we prioritize based on real user demand.
On the Leads screen, set your filters (temperature, pipeline stage, event, etc.) then click Filter β†’ Save current filters as a list. Give it a name like "Hot VPs from AMPP 2026" and it appears in your Saved Lists for quick access anytime. Great for segmenting before a CRM export or email campaign.

Account & Settings

Managing your profile, subscription, and app settings.

iOS: Go to the Account tab β†’ My Profile. Enter your first name, last name, and company. Tap Save Profile.

Desktop: Go to the Account page in the sidebar β†’ My Profile card. Update your name and company, then click Save Profile.
Go to lazzolead.com/forgot-password and enter your email. You'll receive a password reset link within a minute. Click the link and enter your new password.
iOS: Account tab β†’ scroll down β†’ tap Sign Out.

Desktop: Account page β†’ click Sign Out in the Your Account card.
Every day at 8:30pm CT, LazzoLead automatically emails you a summary of leads captured that day. It includes Hot/Warm/Cold counts, lead names, and follow-up suggestions. It also includes links to open individual leads on your desktop dashboard.
Go to the Account tab (iOS) or Account page (desktop). Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm. This permanently deletes all your leads and account data and cancels your subscription. This action cannot be undone.

Billing & Subscription

Pricing, payments, and managing your subscription.

LazzoLead is $49/month or $490/year (Early Adopter pricing β€” that's two months free on annual). Both plans include unlimited lead captures, AI scanning, AI email drafting, reply tracking, pipeline management, company research, the web dashboard, and CRM export. No feature tiers β€” everything is included.
Go to the Account tab (iOS) or Account section (dashboard) and tap Manage Subscription. This opens your Stripe billing portal where you can update your payment method, switch between monthly and annual, or cancel. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Go to Account β†’ Manage Subscription to update your card. Stripe will retry the payment automatically once updated. If your account was paused due to a failed payment, it will reactivate immediately after the payment clears. Questions? Email help@lazzolead.com and we'll sort it out same day.
Yes, on a case-by-case basis. If the app didn't work as expected or you had a genuine issue, reach out to help@lazzolead.com within 30 days and we'll make it right. We'd rather fix the problem than lose a customer β€” so please reach out before cancelling.
